"Children are a heritage from the Lord,
offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their opponents in court."
Psalm 127:3-5, NIV
We have amazing leadership for your children! As soon as you walk in the door, Fuel Kids Leaders will be ready to take your tots (0-3 years) to the nursery and your kids (4-11 years) to their very own Fuel Kids service. In their service, they will engage in games, Bible memorization, and an interactive lesson. Children are our future, and we believe in creating an environment where children can learn and grow in spiritual matters at a young age. We don't believe that there is a "Junior Holy Spirit," and our children should be raised up to understand they have just as much spiritual authority as adults.
Fuel Tots
Fuel Kids
There are a variety of activities the tots may be involved in. Each Fuel Tots teacher is equipped to facilitate in creating an environment that allows for fun, moral building, friendship, playing with toys, reading Bible stories, coloring, and watching Christian movies and video lessons.
Ms. Brooke coordinates engaging and interactive Bible lessons with fun games, an emphasis on worship, and the authentic presentation of Jesus’ love and the Gospel. During the initial COVID-19 quarantine, Ms. Brooke shifted her lessons to an online platform to stay connected to the children. The video lessons can be found on the Fuel Church Vimeo.
Sunday Mornings
Fuel Tots Dismissal
Fuel Tots (0-3 years) will be dismissed after the second worship song every week. There will be an image announcement for them to dismiss. Parents are welcome to walk their tots to their classroom. If there is a change to the schedule due to an event or special service, our Fuel Tots Leaders will communicate with you ahead of time.
Fuel Kids Dismissal
Fuel Kids (4-11 years) will stay for the entirety of worship. We believe that it is vitally important for our young ones to learn how to engage in congregational worship. After worship, there will be an image announcement for them to dismiss and follow their leaders downstairs. Parents are not required to take them down, but are welcome to do so.
